is having a lot of face products bad for the skin?
in the morning after i wash my face i use a toner, under eye treatment, murad moisturizer, then a bit of concealer on my imperfections
at night after i wash my face i use a toner, acne treatment, under eye treatment, and an anti age treatment
That is six different products on your skin over a 24hr period… yes, it is bad for your skin and clogs up your pores. Do you ever just wash your face and give it a chance to breathe? It will just end up causing acne.
All you really need is a cleanser and moisturiser, a toner really just depends on what your pores are like. The anti age and under eye treatments are nothing more than an expensive scam.
I wouldn’t put anything on at night, but if you feel the need to, stick with one good product and not every night. Something like ponds cold cream which is a cleanser (will help get rid of the stuff you have been wearing throughout the day) and moisturiser and it is not greasy or clammy like a lot of other overnight creams.
Getting enough sleep and drinking plenty of water throughout the day will help with the under eye issues, along with getting enough vitamin k which is important for your skin in general. Most green veg have a lot of vit k, or even taking a supplement if it is bad.

Moisturizer with sunscreen?
What are the best drug store brand moisturizer with sunscreen or just daily suncreen to use on face? I have dry skin that is prone to breakouts. Olay regenerist made me break out and Ocean Potion 50 spf anti aging was ok, but the avobenzene does not go well with my skin. I like CeraVe a lot, but it doesn’t have spf in it. any suggestions or experiences. thanks.
