No baby friends for my sons first birthday?
So basically I am a 22 year old mom university student. I am engaged to be married. I have met some moms with babies of a similar age locally but they are all married homeowners and either very judgmental of my age and the place I'm at in my life, or else I just find I don't relate to them age wise. I have a lot of neighbors who are student parents at the University too, but I have only had time to become aquaintances with them. My son plays with some babies at his daycare, but because I drop him off at such random times I haven't really gotten to meet the parents of those kids. However at university I have a ton of friends, all of whom really like babies but don't have any. They want to come to his birthday. I'm just wondering if that's sad for him to only have people my age at his first birthday? Just wondering what everyone's opinions are about this..should I invite babies from the daycare and their parents who I don't know? Fiance's idea . Or should I just invite my friends and make him cake and such...? Thanks much.lots of great ideas so far i didn't think about inviting family...we don't have any family in this city. my side is a 5 hour drive from here, and the other side is pretty crazy inlaws who cause a LOT of drama..the rest are in another province or country..

Do you think he's ready for another baby?
My boyfriend has a son from a previous relationship but he has sole custody because his ex gave up her parental rights. We are currently living together and we've had sex. When he's spending quality time with his son, its great to see how happy and engaged he is with him. My boyfriend is a musician and plays the keyboard and when he's rehearsing for his club shows that he does, he'll let Ezariah his son play along with him. He's sit him up on his lap and Ezariah will throw his head back and go " No No No" and its just something he loves to do with his son. When we are with his family, his sister has three kids and his brother has two. So he gets depressed and after we've been with his family for a while, we go home and he can't get out of the baby depression phase. He loves being around them and spending time with them, but when its time to leave, he goes into baby depression mode and I can't snap him out of it. We've talked about having a baby together but with his schedule and mine, we have no time to pencil in " Baby Making day 1, Baby Making Day 2 and so on" So do you think he's ready for another baby? t1m32r1d3 Ezariah is 1. He works as a musician and I'm a stay at home parent who takes care of Ezariah. I know I'm ready but I don't know about him.

My baby cries whenever I'm around her and it makes me feel like less of a mother?
Whenever I am around my child who is a year and a half old I find that she almost ALWAYS cries from my presence.I've always had somewhat of an intimidating? looking appearance. Not big and strong and scary or anything, but there's something about my face..i dunno how to explain it but that's what ppl have told me.Anyways, whenever I am around my child she always cries and it just makes me feel like less of a mother because I just want her to be so happy when I'm around her.When around her father it's not like this. I also spend a tonne of time with her, but it seems worst for her when I'm around.It just makes me feel like less of a mother. Do you think this is just a phase? I feel really horrible about this
Already have a baby bump at 9 weeks with baby #2, but not eating much!?
Im only 9 1 2 weeks with baby 2. Its small, looks more like a little gut, but I didnt get that until 12 13 weeks with my 1st child. My Mom is freaking and telling me to watch what I eat, but Im so nauseated that I barely even eat 3 meals a day, some meals are crackers because I cant stand the thought of most food. Anyone else getting a bump early? I dont want to gain tons, but I also dont want to eat less on purpose...Im not even eating as much as I was pre pregnancy.

Will I be able to know the baby's gender?
I'm fourteen weeks pregnant. In a week, I must have an abortion for medical reasons. This is an incredibly hard and heartbreaking thing for me to do. I am not looking for any cruel answers or comments. I only want to know if, at fifteen weeks of pregnancy, or fifteen weeks plus a couple of days, I'll be able to know if my baby was a girl or a boy after the procedure is finished. Is it possible to ask the person performing the abortion if they're able to discern the baby's sex? Would it be possible to ask him about the baby's sex prior to the abortion, when they're checking things with an ultrasound? Thank you.It would be good for me to know if my second child would have been a girl or boy. That way, I'll be able to put a name on the envelope I've kept pictures from its previous ultrasounds in. My husband and I had already had names picked out for a girl or a boy.
Do you think this is the baby moving?
Hello, from what I've read most people don't feel movement until after 18 25 weeks especially with their first. But, I'm only about 15 and a half weeks right now and I think I might be feeling something. It feels like a little tingling sensation on the inside of my lower tummy. It's just one little spot so I'm imagining this tiny hand or foot rubbing around in there. Do you think it's possible? Is that what it felt like to you in the beginning? I don't really know what to feel for. Thanks

Will I be able to conceive a baby?
I was anorexic for about 2 3 years and got to a ok weight when i was about 15 1 2. I was admitted to hospital when I was 15 and I had a ovary scan then when I started my periods and it showed one ovary was working but then other only was half working. From then I have carried on my recovery but now I am 19 I am obviously thinking of my future and I am unsure whether I can have children or not with only one ovary working. I have regular periods and I wonder whether my other ovary is now working as well or if this even matters to be able to conceive a baby. Does anyone know if this will effect anything?
