Can credit card companies to lease to the credit reporting agencies?
He signed with a company to accept Credit Cards for my small business. The company you choose to do business with a completely distorted picture of the costs that must be my own. I have since canceled them. However, I signed a lease for 48 months with the company supplying the equipment terminals. Now they have said, taking the air in my checking account for several days of this month which caused me overdraft on several occasions. I am a small business starts and not always the money in my account. My question is – Should I return equipment and refuse to pay the additional conditions of my lease, may report to credit bureaus. I can not pay that much.
