I want to open a beauty salon where they provide all types of services such as manicures, pedicures, massages etc. However I don’t want my staff / employees to start stealing my clients. Can I make them sign a contract stating that as long as they work for me they can not steal my clients for themselves? Or is it just a big free for all?
