
What is a good exercise to Burn Fat and get abs?
Hello, I am a young (girl) '9 to 5 0.8 "and I have a little body fat, I work with a good exercise routine. I am a little flexiable and not overweight, and love of exercise, but I still a little fat stomach and fat thighs. Please give me a daily routine that is fun and can be done inside for the winter. Thank you! and if you can add a little image exercise, thatd be great!
